Swedish massage uses a combination of long, flowing strokes with a light to medium pressure to relax the body
while improving circulation, relieving tension and creating balance in the body for a sense of well being.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue massage utilizes various techniques to relieve deep-seated tensions and chronic pain. The massage
therapist uses a series of slow, firm strokes, along with compression and friction and acupressure points to penetrate
the deep layers of muscle not usually attended to in a Swedish style massage.

Heavenly Back
This half hour massage focuses completely on areas that fatigue and stress your shoulders, back and neck.

Hot Legs
The perfect end or start to that awesome day on the mountain. An excellent massage incorporating
warm stones and oil, using restorative techniques and stretches followed by a menthol gel that penetrates
and rejuvenates. Please wear loose fitting clothes.

Hot Stone
Local river stones have been gathered for their perfect shape and contours. The deep penetrating heat from
the stones along with massage pressure brings the body to complete relaxation. A variety of techniques
and strokes are used throughout the session.

Sports
Ideal for sore or fatigued muscles, the sport massage helps flush any impurities, stretches tight muscles
and uses techniques such as compression, cross fiber, and friction to aid in a speedy recovery or in preparation of activities.
This is a medium pressure massage recommended right before or after physical exertion.
