"I love to help people realize the strength their own body possesses and the ability it has to heal itself.
My specialities include: deep tissue, acupressure, sports massage, and if desired, incorporating stones into the massage.

I am a graduate of the Baum Healing Arts School, where in addition to the above mentioned modalities, I practiced Tui Na,
stretching and myofascial release, along with spa treatments such as exfoliation (scrubs) and hydrotherapy.

I am very fortunate to work with a gifted group of practitioners who have a
passion for bodywork and take pride in every session."
